# Refund & Cancellation Policy
At MY INDIAN MART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
## 1. Return & Refund Window
We offer a *5-day return policy* from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, you can request a return or refund within 6 days.
## 2. Conditions for Refund
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- A clear photo/video proof must be shared via email.
- Refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
## 3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without proper proof of damage or wrong delivery
- Products bought under clearance or special sales
## 4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within *12 hours* of placing them. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Once approved, refunds are processed within *7–10 business days* to the original payment method.
